Why Colleges Should Join

Fashion colleges are not only training future designers but also shaping the values of the industry. Partnering with HimGra gives institutions the chance to be early adopters of a globally recognized sustainable material, while offering students a real-world design challenge.
Through the HimGra Fabric Sponsorship Program, we are inviting 5 pioneering fashion colleges to participate. Each selected college will have:
2 student teams fully sponsored with HimGra fabric to create two complete looks each
Additional shortlisted teams receiving HimGra fabrics at special student discount
Mentorship, visibility, and recognition through the HimGra Luxury Style Show 2025
Certificates and digital badges recognizing student participation

It was Mahi moment for Fashion & Textile Deptt of KB Women's college, Hazaribagh, their team wins HimGra Italtex Design for ICON award , KBW College became the first to integrate HimGra into its annual fashion show, where students innovating traditional craft and culture infusing into HimGra collection. The collaboration demonstrated that HimGra fabrics fit seamlessly into academic projects while inspiring bold creative directions. For new colleges joining the program, this serves as proof of concept and confidence.

Here’s the simple roadmap for colleges and students:
Confirm participation by 22nd September 2025
DESCATUK shortlists 2 sponsored teams per college (2 looks each)
Additional teams gain access to discounted HimGra fabric
Sponsored collections are developed and showcased in the HimGra Luxury Style Show 2025
All participating students receive recognition through certificates and digital badges, with winners receiving spotlight features and mentorship credits
